Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods, as indicated on our website or invoice.

4. Booking and Cancellation:

To confirm your move, a deposit may be required. Cancellations or changes to your scheduled move must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.

5. Liability:

While we take great care of your belongings, we are not liable for damage to items packed by you or for pre-existing damage. For valuable items, we recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage.

6. Customer Responsibilities:

You are responsible for ensuring your items are ready for transport on the scheduled move date. Please inform us of any special requirements, such as fragile or oversized items, at the time of booking.

7. Privacy:

8. Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.  

9. Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, and natural disasters.
